  keyboard short cut bug in latest version? all command are gone?

  So I’ve decided to update to the latest version of Premiere for OSX (because there was a problem that sadly didn’t get fixed with the latest build). I’ve noticed the all new keyboard short cut window BUT I also noticed that it’s empty. It doesn’t list any command at all. If I search for something like “zoom” it won’t display anything either. Is this a common and known bug? Any idea how to set up my keyboard short cuts now? Maybe I can edit a text file like the After Effects short cuts?
