how do you display random letters from given text?

let’s say the word “HAPPINESS” , I just want to show the “H” or “P” or any other letter every other second or so. Can you accomplish this by animating the character offset?

    thanks

You would use character offset to change the letters and the range selector to specify which letters are being randomized and which are set to the source text.

You can use the offset feature to change the letters and the range selector option to choose which letters are randomized and which letters are equal to the source text.
