  Error Render Premiere CC 2014 (2015)

  Hello everybody! The first thing I want to say that my english level is limited, can express ungrammatical hope everyone ignored, just understand I mean okay ?

  I have a problem concerning the rendering on the premiere. When the cpu and gpu rendering operation is very low, just under 15%. I render in H.264 cards with 1080 or 720p resolution, but time is really long. A 25-minute video in 720p render takes 50 ‘and in 1080, the worst loss of up to 85’. I lowered the bitrate to 3.5 to 5, but it seems not very satisfactory. My test render files in .mov format does not have any effects yet, all just render it. Ram is used very little though I’ve opened with CUDA rendering mode.

  I also try to install the above win 10 and win 7 (pro version) and in 2014 and 2015 premiere, but the result is still the same. I would like to send current computer configuration so that people can help me.

  – Main Asus x79 gene 4
  – CPU E5-1660v2
  – 24GB DDR3 bus 1600 (intended to 32gb)
  – SSD 128GB
  – 1gb HDD
  – Seasonic 620W PSU
  – MSI VGA 660ti PE / OC

  I will upload pictures later. Really now do not know where errors computer anywhere though I have tried almost every way. Hope everyone can help me: ‘(

  Mata, much also depends on effects you may be using. If you are adding noise reduction, for example, or image stabilization, these can greatly increase render times.

  I am also unsure if your video card is supported, If not, this limits you to software rendering. Someone else may add information on this possible issue.

  If you have “Use Maximum Render Quality” selected in your render output settings, this will also increase render times. If nothing is getting resized (for example, 1920×1080 rendered to 1280×720) you may not need this at all.

  If you have dynamically linked After Effects comps in the timeline, these may also take some time to render, depending on the comp.

  Typically cutting short form from HD MP4 and P2 MXF.

  Thanks Jon,

  I tested the video does not add any effects yet. All just for video input and render again.
  I checked and it’s vga support for premiere and opened with CUDA rendering mode but do not run very sad that gpu, cpu running only 15%. In addition I have also tried GTX 970 but the situation was similar.
  I also do not add to the mode “Use Maximum Render Quality” all a test render normal and does not have any effect yet.

  I tried through the cc2014, 2015 and now 2017 but is unlikely to be effective. I wonder if that poor adobe quite reasonable encoding support
