    Howdy!

I have been having trouble with moving clips to the timeline. It seems that the video track will not follow the audio. Uninstalled and reinstalled Premiere Pro and it worked again… then shut it down and on restart again lost the video track.

Any idears? It’s a real PAIN!!!

    Thanks!

Is everything in the timeline patch panel set to bring in the video portion of the clip. If video isn’t patched correctly, that can certainly cause it.

    System:
    Dell Precision T7600 (x2)
    Win 7 64-bit
    32GB RAM
Adobe CC 2015.02 (as of 6/2016)
    256GB SSD system drive
4 internal media drives RAID 5
Typically cutting short form from HD MP4 and P2 MXF.

Hi! Belated, but I wanted to reply in case anyone else has this issue.

Just Click the clip, hit the “/” button
    then click the “.” button
The video should reappear and be in-sync with the audio.

This video explains it well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6ZdnkxOgeLg&t=4s

    Hope that helps!
