  Transitions Lag after Export. They look very similar to a fast morph cut.

  I have exported this sequence twice and both times 90% of the cuts appear as really fast morph cuts… take that with a grain of salt. That is just the CLOSEST way I can describe it.

  This is my only guess, but wanted export opinions first.
  The sequence originally was at 59.94fps and I changed the sequence settings to 23.976 after it was mostly cut together.
  Exported at 23.976

  Was this my mistake or is there something else that commonly causes this? I’ve never had this issue before.
