  Automatic cuts to the waveform

  Looking for a plugin that would preview and create automatic cuts or markers based on the waveform. Preferably if I could select a different frequencies on which the cuts will be created. I am sure it is possible to do this somehow, just looking for a tool to do it. 🙂
