  How to achieve motion blur like this?

  Hi my friends. I really want to create something like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nlRgKd0xVcU but just cant figure out how he filmed it with so much motion blur. Any help will be cool! Thanks in advance!

  Those are most probably stills taken with a long shutter speed so when the people are moving they appear to be blurry.
