  Adjusting transition time in Premier Pro 2015.3

  I apologize for this simple, yet frustrating question for me. I’m new to editing and I’ve updated to Premier Pro 2015.3. I used to be able to adjust the time of a transition simply by grabbing one end or the other and dragging it to the length that I wanted. However, after the update, this cannot be done unless I manually type in a new value first. After doing that, THEN I can drag the ends of the transition to adjust the length.

  Can anyone tell me how to avoid having to manually adjust the time first, and instead just drag the darn thing?

  Can you post a screenshot of what you’re describing?
