  Double Masking in Premiere Pro CS5 ?0

  How would I even out the exposure within this video clip (image is a still to give you an idea). Using Prem Pro CS5 if it makes any difference.

  maybe transfer mode as pin light with a fast color corrector or curve effect(white point/gamma), from effect-track matte luma.
