Curious if there is a way to drag the title around the frame whilst editing, so far i have found no help on youtube or through searches, is this possible? the closest i can find is just the function to center the text.

If I am understanding you correctly, you want to be able to easily re-position text while in the timeline.

Select your text clip and go into the Effect Controls tab. At the top of the stack you’ll see motion – and there’s a little square next to it.

Click that box. Your text element now has a bounding box in the program window. You can move it around at will, or resize it if you prefer. Experiment with modifier keys (CTRL, ALT, SHIFT) for different results. One of them will lock aspect ratio, I believe.

    System:
    Dell Precision T7600 (x2)
    Win 7 64-bit
    32GB RAM
Adobe CC 2015.02 (as of 6/2016)
    256GB SSD system drive
4 internal media drives RAID 5
Typically cutting short form from HD MP4 and P2 MXF.
