  “starts at” “ends with” parameters on efx transition?

  When I have an effect transition applied, why do I lose the ability to call up the “starts at” “ends with” parameters that one would get with selecting a dissolve and seeing that in the efx display

  Which effect transition would that be in which version?

  You should be able get the parameters in the Effect Controls.
  It seems Filmompact has updates. Have you check them out.
