  Premiere Pro CS6 uses 100% – 106% (65*C) CPU when encoding with h.264

  CPU Brand Name: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4570 CPU @ 3.20GHz
  Motherboard Model: MSI Z87-G41 PC Mate(MS-7850)
  Memory: 8gigs
  Video Card: EVGA e-GeForce GTX 750 Ti

  I was encoding a 45min video 1920×1080 h.264 and my CPU shot up to 100% making other tasks much harder to perform. Ive used my laptop to encode before with same settings without lag and it has much lower specs.

  Im just looking to reduce CPU usage.
