  Tips with Video Effect (Aspect Ratio)

  I have a 4:3 video that I don’t want to stretch across the screen (16:9),

  

  how do I achieve this effect?

  Put the video on track one and blow it up and blur it and decrease opacity some.
  Put same video on track two, apply some drop shadow if you like.
