  Timecode jumps 3 frames on 1 frame advance

  What would cause my timecode to go from 00;00;59;29 to 00;01;00;02 with a single frame advance?

  I understand drop-frame, but I never noticed it affecting the sequence timecode before. I thought it was just a factor of the clip’s timecode.
