  • Source viewer always needs to be expanded to scrub whole clip?

I couldnt work out what to search on google to see if someone knew how to do this. But basically my issue is, everytime I open a clip into the source viewer, the length of the clip extends beyond the scrubable zone and so I have to readjust the viewable timecode area to scrub it all? DOES THAT EVEN make sense?

i.e the viewable scrubable timecode area is not the whole clip, it extends beyond it, and so if I keep scrubbing to the right, eventually the viewable zone moves to keep showing me that area.

What I want is for the clip to open up with the timecode showing the entire area of the clip. Does anyknow now how to get it to do this, or is this just normal?
