  Adding AE effects to a clip

  Real basic question:

  I have selected a short 6 second clip along my timeline. I just need to send it to After Effects to apply some bizareness to it. Should be pretty simple but when I right click on it, I don’t see anything like, Send To (the way you would do it in FCP)

  I just want to apply the AE to that one small clip.

  Learning both apps here.

  Right click -> Replace with After Effects composition

  Thanks Tero,

  I was assuming that was to replace with an entirely different clip/effect but yes, it worked fine.
