  Can’t get the quality. Wxpecting too much?

  I’ve created a movie of a panoramic image in Premier and can’t get the quality I’m after. It doesn’t seem to matter what size I export at, the quality is terrible. At larger sizes it just enlarges instead of sharpening the resolution. I’m not a Premier expert, can anyone please explain how to get better quality output? Or is this as good as it gets?

  I’m exporting as an H.264 (to be viewable online on all formats) and the original jpg is 3000px wide and highest quality.

  If you’re scaling a huge picture down to fit the normal video resolutions you should enable the maximum render quality option in the export settings. It will make a better quality scale but the render will take a lot longer.
