  I need to import some .ram audio files into a Premiere Pro sequence. What is the best way to do that?

  Convert to something Premiere understands, see manual for supported audio files.

  How do you recommend converting from .ram files? I am afraid to download some random program off the web, and I did not find any Adobe product that can do this conversion.

  1) https://ffmpeg.org/ FFMPEG might be able to do it depending on what version of RealAudio it is (every version seems to use a different encoding scheme)…. get use to the command line.

  2) Yell at or fire whoever is giving you RealAudio files.
