  White border around some titles in Premiere export

  After exporting my project from Premiere CS 5.5 I got a weird effect on some titles. It looks as if the frame is 1px shorter in every side of the picture frame, thus leaving a white border around it.

  Facts:

  1) The issue does not appear inside Premiere
  2) The issue appears on both my exports using QT PNG and H.264 Blu-ray.
  3) The title has been duplicated (not copied-pasted, but duplicated and changed) and reused several times in the clip. It is a static title using a black background. However, not all the titles show this white border.

  Any ideas?
