  I have a quality loss by exporting Premiere

  After rendering my movie to the premiere pro CS5 there is a significant quality loss … But I’m using best render options such as mpeg 2 . By the way I’m using mac operator system..
  Especially my movie have marked tremors, something like lines etc. What can I do? Sorry for my english I am Turkish so please help me?

  What is your source footage
  What is your sequence setting
  What is your export setting
  What is the final destination of your footage?

  The sequence creates/renders preview files for editing.
  When you export, you create the hi-res master.
