  Premiere Pro or Elements?

  I’m looking into video editing software that will help me reduce outside noise (like wind) from videos. I’m not sure that I want to spend the $800 for Premiere Pro, but I’m not sure if Elements will do what I need it to do.

  Any advice on whether Elements will be sufficient to help me to adequately get rid of wind noise?

  Neither will help you to get rid of noise like the wind.
  You need an audio program to do that but getting rid of wind is nearly impossible. Get a good windjammer.
  Audition would be a good choise.
