  convert an AVI to an SWF

  Hi guys,
  I have finished creating a video with Premiere and have generated an AVI of the video. I want to convert it to an SWF so that i can use it in a streaming player.
  What is the best way to convert an AVI to an SWF?

  Adobe offers for free their Flash Video Encoder 3.
