  How to pixelate a section

  Is there a simple effect to pixelate part of an image (it is actually someone’s ‘naughty bits’). Can’t seem to find anything simple. Hope it’s just an adjustable sized box that i can then key frame for movement…..thanks .

  Have after effects CS3 – thinking that might be a better bet ?
