  Pro Res Proxy missing

  I don’t have Final Cut installed so I had to download the Pro Res codecs from Adobe’s website. When I downloaded the codec it didn’t come with a Proxy file. Does anyone know how I can make a Proxy file out of Pro Res 422??

  Woud I then just choose 1/4 playback instead of full?
