  Premiere Pro Messing Up Clip Timing

  I’ve had this happen twice now with the same project, so maybe it’s become corrupted or something, but I can’t figure out what could be causing it. I synced a sequence in pluraleyes which worked great, and then I’ve been editing it for quite some time. Then, after not touching the project for a couple of days, I opened it back up to discover this:
  

  And on another occasion, I ran into this:
  

  When the diagonal bars are at the end it’s not too big of a deal. But when they’re at the beginning, it’s like the entire clip video has been slipped, and is out of sync with it’s audio and the rest of the sequence. What could be causing this?
