  workflow.. format options.

  just wanted to run something by the fellow forum geniuses

  1. on maxed out iMac i7 32GB RAM computer would Pro Res 422 run smooth for editing a feature with 400-500 hours of raw footage.. I was first thinking ProRes Proxy and then reconnect…

  2. Already have a project with h264, MXF, MTS and quick time mov.. some footage is 24p some 29.98… Id say its smart to convert all footage to pro res (proxy) or 422 (see above question).. would different formats slow down premiere…
