  How to create a transition effect in Adobe Premiere Pro

  I want to create a rotation transition as seen in this video (fair few times at the beginning):

  is that possible with Premiere Pro?

  To me, this looks like it was done by rotating the camera when it was shot, not a post-production effect.

  Yeah, that’s an IN CAMERA effect. They physically rolled the camera like that, and then did a simple dissolve.
