  Lag when scrubbing through timeline or play back- CAUSED BY AUDIO DENOISER?

  So at the end of my project, I’ve gone through and fixed all my audio issues with Audio Denoiser effect. However today when I started Premiere, the whole program has been laggy both scrubbing through the timeline, a 10-15 latency between going to a point and the preview updating, and pressing play with the same time lag.

  Putting the project in a new sequence and removing the denoiser effect seems to fix this to an extent.

  I couldn’t find anything online about this, and I really need to use this plug in (the Audition version of this seems way too complected for me to grasp)

  Is there a way to fix this?
