Strange Audio Results
Exported 5 channel mono proxies from REDCINE to h.264.
For some weird reason Premiere CC 2014/2015 is importing the file with the audio totally messed up in both timing and channels.
From the desktop (VLC, QuickTime and preview) I can play the clip fine.
I imported it into After Effects to get a different view and its fine.
Same with FCPX and I can see each channel as well as timing is correct.
So no matter how I import this file its totally useless in Premiere.
I even made sure I had a sequence with 1 video and 5 mono tracks.
The strage part is that the same project was edited on an iMac and the editor claims the files are fine on his system.
My next move is to try another computer.
