  Issue with dragging content

  So I’ve been working with Premiere Pro non-stop since CS6. I haven’t had too many issues with CC 2015 so it seems strange to have this now. For the past few weeks, on and off the issue has been that I can’t drag any content around. Can’t move anything from the Project panel to the timeline and I also can’t move anything around on the timeline. Tracks are armed and everything is set correctly as far as I know. Here is my timeline:

  

  Does anyone have any suggestions for me to try? Both me and my co-worker have this issue on and off and I use a Mac Pro with the most updated CC 2015 and he uses Windows 7 with CC 2015 as well.
