  Cursor jumping/skipping during playback

  Hi there,

  I am watching through a long clip in the timeline.

  This has never happened before, but the cursor has started skipping/jumping by about ten frames every 10 seconds or so.

  So I’m getting very normal, unlaggy playback, but the cursor itself is ‘jumping’ very marginally on its own accord (and then continuing to play).

  Is there some setting I’ve accidentally selected that is causing this? Any ideas on what I can reset or play around with etc?

  Hi Dale

  I’m having the same problem I would love to get an answer. So, you’re not on your own if that makes you feel better but I’ve found that saving your work then closing the programme and opening it again does seem to alleviate the problem, at least for a short while. I can’t pin down anything that I’m doing to make it start up again, but I’ll keep you posted if I come up with anything.
