  Is there any way to know if I have edited duplicated shots into my timeline?

  Click on the wrench icon in the timeline and select show duplicated frames

  No problem. Some settings/menu consolidation in PPro would be nice as sometimes it’s hard to remember where a setting was since they are so spread out.
