  Video Noise under semi-transparent graphic AND stutter frames on export

  Hello all,

  I recently finished the post on a commercial that was shot in 4K at 23.976. I have a 4K version, and a down-converted 1080 version, both at those same frame rates. There is a small animated bug that animates on at a certain time in the spot, and it is semi-transparent. Whenever I view it on a television set, and only when the bug animates on, there is a bunch of noise under and around the bug, and I can’t for the life of me figure out what is causing it. Also, for seem reason, a few of the shots inexplicably stutter at random moments. It all looks completely fine on my computer monitors. Any ideas?
