  I need training advice

  I’ve been asked to teach a small group of people how to make basic videos using Premiere CC on a Mac. Nothing complicated, just importing their footage and laying video to a voice over then out in a few formats.

  Though I have been using Adobe Premiere Pro from version 4.2 to CS 5, I’ve only used a PC and I haven’t done a project in 2½ years (forced career change thanks to the economy). I can download a demo of CC to learn the interface changes, but I’m looking for maybe some hard copy material I can bring to the meeting and perhaps a few good tutorials on the differences between the Mac an PC versions. I’ve been digging around the net, but since I’ve been out of touch for the last 2 years I thought I’d check in here as well to see if anyone would mind sharing some resources.
