  I think your best bet would be to use Wiggle in After Effects. You want to scale up your video slightly and use Wiggle or the Wiggle expression:

  Sometimes computer generate camera shake can look artificial so another option is to sample the motion from an actual hand held camera and apply that to your project. Below is a quick tutorial on how to do it.
