  Animated title fading letters

  Can someone tell me if there the method or if there is a plugin on how to have a title come to life by having random letters fade in one after another?

  Make title for each letter.
  Put them in random order in the timeline on top fo each other like a stairway.
  You can use cross dissolve to fade in.

  Or, get an app like Apple Motion ($50) that includes a zillion different text animations and behaviors that do this type of stuff in a multitude of different ways, both simple and complex.
