  • Cannot edit volume on clip in timeline

Posted by James Hernandez on May 21, 2015 at 6:19 pm

    Adobe Premiere Pro
    Version 7.2.2 (33)

All of my clips in my timeline have the volume “bars” visible and editable. With the pen tool I make points and can fix the volume to smooth it out.

This one clip in the timeline has the PAN bar only, and I cannot figure out how to make this a volume bar like the other clips.

How do I take away the pan option bar from the clips in my timeline and instead make the audio gain bar visible for pen editing?

Thanks to anyone for the help. 🙂

    Nevermind, it was Track Keyframes.

    Thanks – you’re welcome. 🙂

Right-click the “fx” icon in the waveform (in Sequence). Select Volume > Level.
