  Illustrator vectors in After Effects

  Hello just wondering if anyone can help me. I want to import Illustrator images into After Effects and be able to zoom in on them and not loose image quaility. Being vector graphics i thought this would be no problem. However when i import these graphics i am loosing quality. Is there some method of exporting them out of illustrator so this does not happen?

  Activate continuously rasterize (the little sun icon in the timeline).
