  make a dvd directly from a timeline

  not that I need to do that…but a co-worker wants to..he used to work with Avid and says that you could go directly from your time line to dvd. is it possible with Premiere.?

  Hi Jerry,

  Timeline to DVD was an option in Premiere several years ago, but is not available on more recent releases. One must first export to “MPEG-2 DVD” format, then author in Adobe Encore or similar software.
