  Easy way to remove footage from clip

  I’m wondering if there’s an easy way to remove parts of a clip before starting to edit? For example: When flying my drone there’s allways 2-4 minutes of complete garbage at the start and end of the clip due to, calibration, set up and things like that.

  Is there an easy way to remove this, mainly to save space on my harddrives, since it’s footage that’ll never be used.

  Hi…

  ingesting thru Prelude would be the best bet here I’d think…

  this will allow you to look at the source file..

  select and flip to a new file on the way in.

  Hit F1 and search for Subclips, however it does not reduce the clips on the harddrive.
  If they are GoPro you can trim them in GoProStudio but then will be saved to Cineform files.
