  Anyone switch to Resolve as NLE?

  Just out of curiosity, I’m wondering if there’s any PPro users that have done full edits from the start within resolve that cares to share their experience.

  I’m trying to figure out if there are any downsides compared to Premiere. I’m really liking some of the NLE features in resolve 11, and the fact that unlike my CS6 version, it supports the Graphic card on the mac pro. I’m about to commit to a few editing projects, so I’m deciding whether i would take a chance on setting them up through Resolve ..

  any considerations much appreciated! thanks

  Resolve is NOT even close to being ready for prime time as an editing app at this point, and you will have a very hard time finding any professional using it as their primary NLE, except perhaps on very, very, very short projects.
