  Script or expression to remove frames

  I capture 8mm film using an old projector. As I review the film about every 4th to 5th frame is a blurred frame and makes the film look like it is “flicking”. Since this is a relative consistent problem, I was wondering if there is some way to remove every 4th frame from the final output? I can do it manually but it is very tedious and time consuming, but the final image is clear.

  What video frame rate are you capturing? Try 24fps or 18fps on your camera.
