  suddenly black screen on canvas ?!

  hey, was just editing some footage of a downloaded mp4 clip,
  and while doing so at some point all my clips turned black on the canvas, but sound is still there..
  thought it was a one time premiere bug, but after closing and reopening it happened twice again, and only after like 20min of edting, and everything runs smoothly, no jitters whatsoever except for the black screen..
  tried it with a mov file, but the same happened.. have no clue whats going on;(
  appreciate your help!
