  how to re-interlace video ?

  Hi,

  I would like to upgrade to Premiere CC 8 and I was wondering if I still need RE:Vision re-interlace plugin to export a footage shot on DSLR 1080P 25fps and export it for our local TV as inrelaced with Lower Fields. Because when I don’t use it the video looks choppy when panning. I thought there might be something new built-into Premiere CC 8 or maybe someone has any suggestions?
