  Adobe Premiere Pro CC | Nested Clips Flickering after Exporting

  Hey Guys,

  I’ve been using Adobe Premiere Pro ever since CS4 came out and this is the first time that I’ve came across this particular issue. Up until last week I was still using CS6 on my 2011 Macbook Pro. Three days ago I went and purchased a brand new 2014 15 inch Macbook Pro and downloaded the Premiere Pro CC Trial on it. I was loving everything about CC until I exported my first project. Half of the clips were flickering so I matched each flickering clip to the timeline and noticed that the only clips that were flickering were the clips that I had nested.

  I’ve tried exporting in different formats, but I really want to export in .h264

  This may sound stupid, but is it because it’s the trial version?

  ANY help will be greatly appreciated!

  I just updated to new Premiere Pro CC 2014 ((cloud subscribed) the other day and I exported three clips (not nested sequences) for vimeo 720p / .h624 encoding (two very long ones for over an hour, and one 28 min). The long ones seem to be just fine but the shorter one is flickering occasionally for certain shoots through the entire clip…I use macbook pro i7 and is just like the example you have given above, exactly the same symptoms (with the rectangle on top left corner and flickering like mad for rest of the screen)… I’m not sure why but I will investigate later this evening…If I’m not mistaking, I have the warp stabilizer applied to these clips so it might be something in relation to that, I don’t know yet…I tried re-encoding with same settings but same results…It’s really annoying as I need to present these to my clients asap! Before the update I didn’t have these issues… I’ll report back here if I find a solution to my problem… Nick, you say you’ve tried different setting also, same results or these were ok? Thanks!
