  Question on panning through a picture

  How I apply a mask so that I can move a picture within it?

  For example I have a video where a speaker is talking and over his shoulder there is a rectangle with a picture within it. How can I pan this picture around within the rectangle?

  Use a nested sequence for you source video that you want in the mask. Make the mask using a title for example. Make the movement you want inside the nested sequence and then apply a track matte key to it in the final comp.
