  Unexpected crashes

  I just got a new Power mac quad g5 and installed FCP 5.0.4 on it, which previously had been running on my g4 laptop. Now when i open a project I’ve been working on and try and to make edits to a title crawl effect, the program crashes. This didn’t used to happen. I’ve trashed the prefs, rebuilt the permissions, tried a host of other things. One of the things I’ve noticed is that when I launch after effects it says some of my plug-ins didn’t load because the serial numbers don’t correspond with the application. Not sure how, or why that’s happened. Trying to figure a way around it, but I suspect it is a part, if not all of the problem.
