I encountered a rather strange problem when editing with Premiere today, that is basically making it impossible for me to do any editing at all. Whenever I try to drag a track, premiere zooms my timeline all the way out so I don’t really have fine tune control over where it goes. It does the same thing whether I use the selection tool or the track select forward tool. It’s never done this before today and I can’t figure out for the life of me how to make it stop. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hello! I know this is an old post, but did you ever find a solution to this issue?

It just started happening to me as well in CC14. I’m guessing it’s an incidental keyboard shortcut, but for the life of me, I haven’t seen what it could refer to in the shortcut guide.

Anyone have an idea what is going on, or what it is called so I can disable it in the future?

    Thanks!
