  do i denoise first (neatvideo), match cameras second, add special color/tint and lighting effects last?

  is there an ideal order to perform these effects or is this also largely non-linear?:

  0. multi edit (likely ideal to do as last step, but i saw enough folks do it first so i did)
  1. denoise video
  2. match cameras with color adjustment required to do that
  3. color balance and/or apply lighting effect/tint to each camera as desired

  and to apply effects to multiple clips, is it better to:
  a. right click ‘save as preset’ then apply to selected clips
  OR
  b. apply effect to adjustment layer and stretch it across multiple clips
