Why is Premiere CC exporting this project completely wrong?
So I work with Premiere nearly every day but I have never ever seen this kind frame tearing and misplacement before. I am making a slow motion highlight video for a wedding client, and I’ve done it this same way before without any problems. This time I can’t export without this crazy screen tearing. It happens about 75% of the video.

Project info:
The original footage is 59.94 fps and I’m editing interpolated footage at 29.97 fps.
I used SpeedGrade to color correct, so nearly every clip has Lumetri applied to it.What I’ve tried:
I have tried nearly every different way of encoding I can in any different way I can think of. For example, h.264, mp4, quicktime & with or without “Render with Maximun Depth,” “Use Maximum Render Quality,” and other optional settings. Every different render results in different tears, meaning that no export is exactly the same, but none look better than the other.
I’ve also tried turning off several transparent layers and the Lumentri effects.Does anyone have any idea on what the hell is going on here? I’m freaking out because this is a paying client!

I was in a hurry to get to work so I forgot to post my computer configuration:

Do you have any other effects on the timeline? This maybe a plugin issue.
Is it happening throughout, or just on certain segments?

The only other effects I have are the rare occasion that I flip the video or a mess with the opacity.
It happens throughout the entire video.

The first thing I would do is go to preferences and delete all the media cache. And import the sequence in a new project, then export again using H.264 (not the Quicktime version), the standalone version from Mainconcept.

I fixed it!
I don’t know why this worked but I moved all the video up one track and then put a black video under it throughout.
Like I said, I don’t know why that works, but I’ll take it.
